Comprehensive Community Plan Committee...

The three program areas (prevention, treatment, law enforcement) will begin compiling data for the annual update to our Comprehensive Community Plan. Data is needed from a variety of sources: how many people in the county received treatment, how many drugs were impounded, how many youth were impacted. Call the office for more information and to help collect the data.

Only with good, quality data will we be able to determine the solution to our substance abuse problems in Porter County.

Once collected this committee will review the data to determine what the substance abuse problem looks like in Porter County and why it looks like it does here. This document becomes the coalition's strategic plan. This plan determines programming and funding in the community to fight substance abuse.
