PCSAC is a community grassroots organization consisting of two coalitions that are working to reduce substance abuse in porter county.

Each coalition has separate plans and funding streams.

Anyone can be a member of either coalition. We do not discriminate against anyone wishing to help in the fight again substance abuse. Members must complete a Membership Commitment Form and a Membership Information Form. Both of these can be found in our Membership Guidebook.
